Last I checked, a gym was a place to go so you could better yourself through physical activity.

Going to the gym can even relieve stress, and if you go often enough and see results it can boost your overall confidence. But what if you’re being mocked for being at the gym? Yesterday during my morning workout I saw a group of guys making fun of a larger gym attendee because his lifting technique wasn’t right. They ridiculed him from afar, but it was obvious that he could hear them laughing. One of the guys later said, “He’s too fat for the gym.” This pissed me off.

How can you mock someone for wanting to better themselves? The point of a gym is to help people lead better, healthier lives. But they won’t stick to it if we mock them while they’re there. Remember, no one is too fat for the gym, but you can be too cocky.
