Run for Water takes place at Mill Lake Park in Abbotsford. The start and finish lines for all race distances is on Bevan Ave.

Our mission is oriented towards providing a forum for UFV students to have their journalism published. We also acts as an alternative press for the Fraser Valley. The Cascade is funded with UFV student funds and advertising revenue.
